Another Recipe, Another week gone by.

This week started out very promising.  Until Tuesday when my Mom came over and bought us pizza for dinner.  I was still doing good after that watched my points and was still on my way to a weight loss goal.  Then Wednesday came around and we went out for dinner with my in-laws to a buffet.  Now I didn't think I went to crazy only had two plates that were partially full and didn't have dessert because I had made cake for mom in law's b-day.  The first plate was full of salad!  But alas things did not work out well and I am still recovering from the tiny oopsy th

So I made this the other night for dinner.  Pretty tasty and good for you.  Went over very well with a little ketchup for the baby.  The Chocolate cake if for my mother in law's 60th birthday.  One is point friendly and the cake well....  lets just say it's a rare treat!

Losing the Baby Weight... Finally!

Well, I've decided since my little boy is 10 and a half months old it might be time to get serious about losing the baby weight I put on while I was pregnant with him.  I've decided to follow my weight watchers plan that I did a few years ago, it helped me to get to 107 lbs so it should help me get to my new goal of 120.
