Dinner: Sausages, Bruschetta, and Green Salad

Breakfast: Citrus Smoothie
Lunch: Salad with Tuna
Dinner: Quinoa Salad with Roasted Tomatoes and Feta and Leftover sausages and green salad
Thursday
Breakfast: Granola with Almond Milk and Berries
Lunch: Quinoa Salad
Dinner: Pulled Pork Sandwiches and Salad
Friday
Breakfast: Citrus Smoothie
Lunch: Pork and Salad
Dinner: Stir Fry with Chicken and Rice
Saturday
Breakfast: Cinnamon Buns
Lunch: Stir Fry or something at the Farmer’s Market
Dinner: Spaghetti with Pasta Sauce and Parm Cheese and Caesar Salad
Not a very exciting week on the food front, mainly some classic standbys. It's Father's Day so I am making Tim his favourite pie. Peanut butter pie. No grocery list this week because I went shopping first and then made the meal plan. I wasn't going to do it this way but when we got in the car to go to the Farmer's Market we realized it was a lot more windy than that we thought it was so we went grocery shopping instead. I think we did ok. Didn't spend more than normal and got tons of fruit and veggies. Since I have a plan it should be ok. Only 8 more school days. Wow, where did the year go. The summer should be fun though... if only I could teach my kids the joys of sleeping in. *sigh* Ah well, they will learn when they are teenagers. Nothing thrilling happening this week. Preschool is over. I'm volunteering at the school on Friday. Tim's birthday is next week. Yup, almost on summer vacation time! Have a good week everybody!
