Meatless Monday

lentil soup

Yup, I’m late on the post…  yesterday was not my day.  Today is better.  Stuck to the meal plan even though all I wanted was greasy non healthy chicken or pizza.  I had my vegetable soup with lentils and my B12 vitamin.  That is just how I roll lately.  Picture sucks but it was pretty good if you like Indian food!

Tune Tuesday!

tree house

Well…  it’s the first Tuesday of February and because of that it’s Tune Tuesday!  Last month I did stuff that I had heard and thought was good but, I think this month is even better!  I have some great songs for you.  Hope you enjoy!  Wondering about the picture of the tree house?  Look to song number 2.

Meatless Monday

Curried lentils and quinoa with spinach and warm Indian spices.  Rating: 8/10  It was good but for me it just seemed to be missing something.  Kid acceptence: None, R had one small bite and asked for PB and J.  L had one mouthful which he spat out on the table before demanding something else while scraping his tounge off.  Maybe next time some steamed veggies on the side?
